A sculptural handblown glass fruit platter, designed as a centrepiece for celebrations, long lunches, or tables that like a bit of colour every day.

Each piece is made from blown and solid worked glass, carefully assembled in our London hot glass studio. The Mandarin platter features a mandarin-toned bowl, a pale yellow and gold stem, and a soft green foot - a bold mix of colour that feels playful but still balanced.

Designed as statement glass serveware, it’s made to hold fruit, desserts, or simply sit as a colourful object in its own right.

Miami Fruit Platter - How it’s made

Handblown in our working glassblowing studio in Woolwich, London, each Miami Fruit Platter is built in two parts.

The top is formed from a large piece of opaque coloured molten glass, gathered over and free-blown into a wide, low form - a technically demanding shape that requires careful heat control and steady tooling.

The stem is assembled hot from generous gathers of glass, shaped by hand on the iron and finished with a blown foot for balance.

The elements are joined hot to create a stable sculptural platter. After annealing overnight, the rim is trued and finished by hand in the cold shop.

Designed for generous display, the result is a durable handblown glass platter with confident colour and clear structure at the table.
