All items will be shipped from SE18 5NX, London. We aim to ship within 3 working days. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will inform you by email. 

We will send you shipping tracking details by the email supplied on the order. 

For international orders, you are required to leave a phone number, which will be used for customs notification purposes. 

All customs charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
