Folc Wine
For Autumn/Winter 2025, Gather partnered with Folc Wine to create the English Coupe Collection - a playful, contemporary take on the classic champagne coupe designed to celebrate English sparkling wine.
Developed in our working glassblowing studio in Woolwich, South East London, the collection centred around a bespoke handblown coupe affectionately known as the 'Boob' glass. Combining a distinctive silhouette with a refined drinking experience, the design reflects both Folc's modern approach to English wine and Gather's commitment to contemporary handmade glassware.
Designed for Celebration
Working closely with the Folc team, the collection was developed as a bespoke piece of glassware that felt unique to the brand while remaining rooted in traditional glassblowing techniques.
Each glass is individually handblown and finished by hand, creating subtle variations that celebrate the character of handmade production.
From Studio to Press
Since launch, the English Coupe Collection has been featured across national press and broadcast media, including The Times, Daily Mail, Times Radio, and GB News.
The collaboration is a great example of how a bespoke glassware commission can evolve from an initial idea into a fully realised collection, handmade in London and shared with a wider audience.
