Handblown in our working glassblowing studio in Woolwich, London, each South Beach Summer glass is formed in a wide rounded mould for consistency of form across the set while maintaining the character of handblown glass.
While still hot, blown feet in either transparent or opaque coloured glass are applied beneath each piece, bringing contrast, stability, and the signature colour-led character of the collection.
Each glass is shaped through a collaborative process involving skilled glassmakers working between furnace and bench to produce small-batch handblown glassware.
After annealing overnight, the glasses are hot-popped and refined in the cold shop, where the rims are trued and polished by hand.
The result is a durable set of handblown drinking glasses with relaxed proportions, designed for everyday use and summer entertaining.
